A Message About COVID-19 from Pro Auto Care

Now more than ever, we understand how important a reliable vehicle is to our community. We have learned over the past few weeks that COVID-19 is spreading rapidly, which is why taking the virus seriously and working together as a community to stop further spread of the virus is vital.

Auto repair has been deemed a necessary business during this time and has been permitted to remain open. Your vehicle is so important right now, whether you still need to go to work everyday as an employee of an essential industry or just need to get to the store to retrieve food and supplies for your family. This is why our shop needs to remain open to assist when you need a vehicle repair or service amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

We want you to know that Pro Auto Care is taking the proper measures and implementing CDC recommended protocols to ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees while remaining open. This includes following guidelines sent to us from the CDC regarding the best measures to take to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our place of business.

As time goes on, we will continue to monitor these resources for any updates and will enhance our protocols as necessary. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.

Here are the changes we have implemented to ensure your safety at our shop:

  • We are deep cleaning our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products. As well as, we are wiping down the counters, door handles and all things you may touch/encounter by visiting our facilities daily with Clorox wipes.

  • We will also be sanitizing steering wheels, keys, and gearshift handles to help limit the shared exposure.

  • All our employees have begun wearing gloves to help limit shared exposure. From the Front counters to the mechanics in the back.

  • In addition, we are taking steps to reinforce the health & welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who fell ill to stay home and consult their health care providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns about the steps we have taken for our mutual safety please don’t hesitate to call either of our locations. We are here to help you during this difficult time, and can make proper arrangements to accommodate any special needs or requests. Thank you for supporting our business and we wish you and your family good health!
