I continually recommend Pro Auto Care to all of my co-workers. I have never had a bad experience with them and I have needed a lot of work done on my older Honda. Dave and Chrissy are always very courteous and prompt when I call. I always feel as though I am their #1 priority. Today I needed a headlight lamp changed. When I arrived, Chrissy asked how both my son and I were doing. She and Brian were both very courteous. Dave noticed that the battery cover to the remote on my keys was missing. He immediately went looking for one too "hook me up" I asked why they were closed between 11:30 and 1:00 that day and Dave said, "We had a staff meeting - twice a month - just to make sure we are all on the same page." I've never heard of an Auto Mechanic shop holding staff meetings. I am very impressed. No wonder I receive such good service. Thanks Pro Auto Care!

I took my car in for some work that was recommended. Not only did they give me a ride to the station to catch my train, and pick me up afterwards, they honored the coupon that I had forgotten at home and came in under budget.
