The tube was leaking at a factory sealed joint. This same tube was replaced 14 months ago so technically it was out of warranty. Yet Pro Auto replaced it for only the cost of the labor. This is terrific customer service.

I didn't pay attention to the issues my car was having prior to my appointment with Pro Auto Care. After they repaired a leak in my transmission the gearbox felt smoother than before. I was impressed because I always felt the shift quality was a weakness of my car. Now it feels as good as it is going to be.

Went in with a livingsocial deal. Very friendly and fair. Replaced nozzles on windshield wipers and basically paid for parts. Will definetly go back with any other problems I have with my truck!!!

I've taken my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder to Pro Auto Care for the past 5 years for both maintenance (15/30/60K interval maintenance, etc) and significant repairs (such as replacement of emission control electronics and struts/shocks). Once, I decided to stay and wait for my car in their waiting room. I was there for about 2 hours (and still productive, thanks to their free WiFi!). During the course of that stay, I overheard the staff at Pro advise a number of customers on the work that they were recommending for their cars. I can honestly say I was very impressed with the recommendations that the Pro staff made. They were straight-forward and honest about what they felt needed to be done to the vehicles, and provided plain-language descriptions of the work and why they recommend it. They were also willing to respect the customer's budget constraints, and, unlike my experience with the Nissan dealers around Denver, Pro did not attempt to sell me or the other customers on unneeded extras.

First time experience was great, had to tow in my vehicle and needed it same day, they not only did that but fixed all the issues with a great knowledge and technical experience. Definitely going back especially since the dealership wanted to charge a fortune and didn't want to work on my car. Very happy.

I left my car on Monday evening 061812 and didn't get back to it until Wednesday am. yes, I felt kinda lost but then the car got its little problems taken care of and I wasn't hassled about money or anything else. Your employees are definitely "Pros". Sincerely, Margaret Lopez
