We have been taking our two cars into Pro Auto Care on Dahlia for about a year. We have been very happy with their work. Recently however, they did something quite extraordinary....I bought my 2007 Subaru in and the discovered I had a head gasket that needed replacing. Since I only had 48,000 miles on the car this should not have happened. So they took it upon themselves to call a Subaru dealer and ask them to find out if Subaru would pay part of it (it was out of warrenty). They then told me I should take it to a Subaru dealer to get it repaired. In doing so, I saved a substancial amount of money and they lost a substancial amount of money. They could easily have just told me I had to have it repaired. I would never have known. Instead, they did the honorable and honest thing. I give them a 5+ rating!

I have no idea what these reviewers are talking about. THEY ARE OFF THEIR ROCKERS. THESE GUYS ARE FIRST CLASS. The first time I had an experience with Pro Auto care was about 4 years ago when I brought my wife's Subaru in for a new timing belt. About 2 hours after I dropped my car off, Manny (the so called horrible liar as quoted in some of these reviews), called me to let me know that there was a lot more going on than just the timing belt. Here's the first time Manny went way above and beyond for me...he said several seals were bad and I was about 150 miles away from the 100k mark on the vehicle. Manny told me there was a sevice bulletin on the engine seals and as long as I took my car in before 100k, Subaru would replace all the engine's gaskets at no charge. Then he told me he already booked an appointment at a Subaru dealership for me, because only actual dealers were allowed to do the warrantee work. He also told me it would save me a lot of money to have the Subaru dealership do the timing belt since they would already have the engine out of the vehicle anyway. So he sets an appointment for me at another dealership and turns down $1000 worth of work, because it'll save me money on labor to have the dealership do it while they're doing the warrantee work. Does that sound like the same guy these other reviewers are depicting??? I don't think so. Pro Auto has been servicing my vehicles ever since and Manny and the entire staff have been absolutely great. These guys ARE trustworthy. Are they as cheap as some random guy you'll find on Craigs List? No. Are they fair, do they get the job done correctly, and will they back up their work? Absolutely. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. I couldn't believe these reviews I'm reading. I can only believe that someone is trying to sabotage them. I know about 15 people that go to them and you can bet, I'll be reaching out to them to help Pro Auto out, because they're that good. By the way, they now service my entire companies fleet of vehicles, because their work is so good. DON'T HESITATE TO GO IN AND SEE THEM!

Pro Auto Care always does a good job on my vehicle. They get the work done quickly and I never have a problem after the work is complete. They are also very thorough in inspections and suggestions of work that you would benefit from, as well as will be honest with you if the work is critical or can wait.

As usual, most everything went fine. Except, this time one of the services was to reprogram one of the keys to the car, in addition to having a new key made. The reprograming didn't take and I am having to return the car for them to try again.

I had hit a curb stop and the splash shield came loose. Called them and they said come in and they had it taken care of so I could make it on time for an appointment.

We receive PROFESSIONAL auto care and first rate service from Al and his team. Wouldn't think of taking our 180,000 + mile cars anywhere else. Keep it up!
