I have been with Pro Auto since 1994. They have never let me down. I even called from Nebraska when I had a problem! Just took my RSX-S in for it's 60,000 mile check-up. The estimate was the final cost, no surprises. Love the staff!!
So I've been driving around with poor brakes for a while. When I needed to slow down, I would just down shift until I came to a stop. The recent snow storm though woke me up as I couldn't slow down anymore, and I was gliding through stop signs... not good.I came on here to yelp, and read some fantastic reviews. I probably would have received a better deal if I had signed up for their coupons, but I still feel I got a smoking deal on some new brakes.It took about 2 hours of waiting around to get them changed. They do offer a courtesy shuttle service, but I didn't feel it was necessary to leave and come back so quickly.The bonus of my whole visit was that they checked out my car to find other problems. They noticed that my battery was totally gone, and this could have caused me some problems getting to work on time. They only sell premium batteries, so I opted to hit up auto zone and do it myself for half the cost. I did appreciate that they tested it though.
Love this place! Friendly, clean, reliable, hardworking and so helpful. I recently hit a chunk of ice with the underside of my car and dented the charcoal canister (?) The Toyota Dealership quoted me $900 just for the part and another $250+ for labor. This seemed a bit extreme for something that didn't affect my ability to drive. I took my car in to Pro Auto Care for a 2nd opinion. They had my car looked at in under 30 minutes at no cost to me. They informed me the part would cost around 900 but that they could do the labor for less. Dave also told me he might be able to find a used part for $500. After spending some time, no charge to me, researching he was able to find a part that would for $300 and they did the labor for less then half the price quoted by Toyota. Overall it cost me half the cost Toyota claimed, I was in and out of there under and hour, there is a warranty on the work. Dave was great, the service was fast and efficient, but friendly at the same time. I have already recommended them to several friends and I just had the work done today. Awesome place!
I take my Honda to Pro Auto Care and they are always super friendly and helpful. They also have a pretty good customer loyalty program, and I get coupons (by regular mail and email) pretty regularly, so that's a bonus when I have to have anything more than an oil change done!
My brakes failed recently on my girlfriend POS 1992 Dodge Dakota so I yelped and found Pro Auto was a block away from my home and gave them a call. I spoke to David whom I believe is the owner and he said while they were busy that day I could drop it off and they'd look at it. David did call me back to say they were busy but would be getting to it which I appreciated because I was wondering and then called later to let me know the bad news. He was very thorough and I felt honest about my situation and didn't try to sell me anything at all. I couldn't fix the truck, it was more than it would be worth so I picked it up and will explore salvage options.Long story short, they didn't charge me for looking at it and did a very thorough and professional job of taking care of me. I will be very happy to take back any future car to have in their care.For those that don't live as close as I do, they're very conveniently located off Evans and I-25. Give them a shot.
Great Service! I recently decided to try this location, being that it is close to my work making it easy to drop off and pick up. I was surprised by the customer service i received from Dave at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable and made my service experience pleasant. The work perform was also to my satisfaction. I was unable to find a downside or problem with my whole experience with Pro Auto Care. I will be returning not only for the convenience but also for the quality service provided.
Courtesy Service! I initially came to Pro AutoCare on Church Ave because of a 15% discount given to Arapahoe Community College staff. I am a repeated customer due the courtesy of service writer, Dave. The shop has completed work to my satisfaction and I have not had any need for them to redo any previous work. They got it right the first time.
