The people at. Pro Auto Care are nice and friendly and professional ! I brought my car in to be service. They found out the problem rightaway . I couldn't afford to fix the car. But they did a good JOB ! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIER SHOP TO EVERYBODYS . THANK YOU

Auto repair complaints are the number one complaint with the state consumer affairs dept. Pro auto care is the rare auto repair shop that I believe is truly honest and sincere in customer satisfaction. Nobody likes to pay repair bills but I always feel I get what I need done and no add ons because of my ignorance about auto mechanics.

In the past couple of months, my 2000 Nissan Maxima has been having trouble starting. Finally after going to a different mechanic three seperate times, I decided to take my car to Pro Auto Care. Having several diagnostic ran and no results from the previous mechanic, Pro Auto Care was able to step outside the diagnostic machine and find the electrical problem! Chrissy was very professional and courteous when explaining the problem and understood my initial frustrations. I will refer my friends and family to Pro Auto Care and definitely will be returning.

Brian contacted me concerning a poor review I submitted due to gauges not being replaced and the fuel leak that was supposed to be repaired being worse than when I took it in. Brian brought my vehicle back into the garage and had the gauges installed and the fuel leak diagnosed and repaired. He made sure I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs the entire time. After my previous experience, I didn't think I would ever return to Pro Auto Care. Due to Brian's exemplary service, they can count on me being a repeat customer and referring others to their shop for repairs.

I stopped in without an appointment to have an SRS light problem checked out. Brian was very kind and helpful, as usual. They checked my vehicle quickly and referred me to a Honda dealer, as the problem will be covered by warranty. Brian also gave he his card and said to have the dealer call him if there were any questions about the nature of the problem they discovered, which I really appreciated. It's this sort of experience that has kept me coming back to Pro Auto Care for almost a decade.

As usual, Dave Nelson and the crew did the job, well, completely and quickly. Also went over the car to find any possible defects and reported them in a straight forward manner. Good job.

I requested a four hour turn-around on a service appointment. Even when some additional items were found in the inspection, they met their time commitment. The car is running well.

I have spent a lot of money with Pro Auto in 2010, 2011 and now it seems to beginning again in 2012. Because of the amount I have been spending it seems it may be about time to trade in the old girl. Dave listened to my budget and advised my as to what needs to be done now and what can wait since I am very low on cash right now but not able to look for a newer automobile at this time. I really appreciated that.
