Great, great services, Everybody is very polite and helpful in the office. They did a wonderful job fixing my expedition in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. I would recommend anybody that needs work to take it to pro auto care.

The air conditioner in my Honda had such a foul smell I hated to use it. The dealer put in a new filter, but that did not fix the problem. I heard an ad on Tom Martino's show about Pro Auto Care's solution to this problem, so I decided to give them a try. I couldn't be happier. The service was quick and reasonably priced, and the smell is gone!!

Dave Nelson is the best; I know I can depend on him to help me get my car(s) in when I need to. The preventative focus-seeing if there is anything that looks like it might need attention soon- is a breath of fresh air. I know there will be fewer surprises with my vehicle. He is prompt to return phone calls, The estimate for time and cost is always spot on. When we had problems with a used car we had purchased for our son he was with us every step of the way.Through a new engine and a new transmission. I knew he was looking for the best parts at the best price just because he cares so much about the satisfaction of the customer. i would adopt Dave if his mother would allow it . I never hesitate to call Pro Auto.

I did not have an appointment, but yet the staff was still able to diagnose and fix my starter problem within six hours. I was very pleased with this result.

Once again Pro Auto Care saved me a boat load of money. The mechanic from garage up the street from my house told me I needed a new transmission ($4,000 to $6,000). I picked up my car and politely told them I would get a second opinion. When I brought my car in to Pro Auto Care the mechanic diagnosed the problem correctly - Cam Sensors out plus a battery on its last legs and two other minor problems. Fixed in one day $570.00 out the door. You are providing necessary services at reasonable prices. Thanks to Chrisy, the mechanic and the ethical standards at Pro Auto. Mary Cay PS When I went to look at my new battery, I noticed that the entire engine had been cleaned off--way to attend to the details guys!

We have been taking our two cars into Pro Auto Care on Dahlia for about a year. We have been very happy with their work. Recently however, they did something quite extraordinary....I bought my 2007 Subaru in and the discovered I had a head gasket that needed replacing. Since I only had 48,000 miles on the car this should not have happened. So they took it upon themselves to call a Subaru dealer and ask them to find out if Subaru would pay part of it (it was out of warrenty). They then told me I should take it to a Subaru dealer to get it repaired. In doing so, I saved a substancial amount of money and they lost a substancial amount of money. They could easily have just told me I had to have it repaired. I would never have known. Instead, they did the honorable and honest thing. I give them a 5+ rating!
