Very honest with what is needed. Clean and professional shop.

I went for a 60,000 mileage check on my car...the result, the dealer said I had 3 problems. A weak battery that needed to be replaced, I knew that was false; my back brakes needed to be replaced, probabley, and I had an intermediate shaft leak, that was urgent that I fix this first, cost about $550! Pro Auto diagnosed leak may be an axel leak that would be monitored and would cost about about $400 lest than I was quoted by the dealer, my battery was fine ( I didn't even ask that it be checked but they did), but the brakes were a problem and I got those fixed,plus new windshield wipers and a few other maintenance issues for less than it would have cost me to fix the "intermidiate shaft leak"!

I was getting ready to have my first child and my BMW just did not seem to be driving correctly, squeaky breaks and a very loose back end with worn tires. I got a couple of opinions but Pro gave me the most details on the problems from initial assessment, provided a spot-on estimate - immediately fixing the problem. My car drives like new for a fair price, and baby will be safe - thank you!

Well I gotta say just moving to the area and not having a mechanic, you know is a bit scary. But I read some reviews on this company and of course had to sort thru the idiot reviews, because people can write whatever they want and we don't get two sides to the story. So going in with an electrical problem of the signals and wipers going off whenever they wanted, I feared a huge bill. Chrissie was awesome made me feel at ease and kept me updated on the status. It did take a few hours to diagnose but they found a wire that was grounding itself. they also checked the rear brakes and said just needed ajusted not replaced. HOW REFRESHING IS THAT!!! I am going to take my other car in for check up as well and new tires. Brian was also great recommending tires for our other car and well I just got a feeling that they all are sincere.... P.S. I never write reviews just am so grateful for such a small repair bill and the staff. Didn't meet the mechanics but Thanks to them too!!!

Pro auto care has never let me down when it comes to servicing my vehical. The only negetive thing I can say is that the labor they charge can be expensive. Ive been to many car shops (autotek) but pro auto care will take care of your car needs because they have experienced mechanics. Thanks Pro Auto care.
