Unsure IF the oil change service had been performed with ALL the other service. Service managers checked it out and called back a few days later for us to bring the car back in for the missed oil change. THANKS for taking car of our 1996 Camry!!

Pro Auto Care was recommended by Tom Martino. I found them to be even better than Tom described. The gave me a free estimate of what was wrong with my vehicle and it was free. They even gave me the name of a charitable organization to give it to (time to retire her). A wonderful company.

Although I spent way more then I expected to (oil change turned into a damaged axle boot) - as always they were friendly, professional and helpful and got the car done in record time.

I have been coming to Pro Auto Care for several years now and have alwayw found them to be fair and honest. I took our 2004 Pathfinder in because the "Service Engine Soon" light had been on for a couple of weeks. I also decided to have them change the oil while I was there. Wouldn't you know it, the light went off on the way to the Pro Auto Care. I had them check it out anyway, which they did. They said there were no problems with the system and there was no charge for checking it out, just a charge for the oil change.

When I called to schedule an appointment, Greg is the one who set it up. He was very professional and answered all my questions. They ended up having to keep my car longer than expected, but Greg called me and kept me posted on everything they had to do. When I called to check on things, the lady who answered the phone was very professional as well and very courteous. She had Greg get back to me quickly. Everyone who works there is very professional, and they always look up at you(eye contact) and greet you with a smile. I am very pleased with Pro Auto Care and will continue to take my car there. I feel they are honest and trustworthy. By the way, I am still waiting to be a winner of an IPAD or any of your giveaways!!

I had 2 cars reviewed on one day this week. Chrissy and the staff provided efficient service getting the 2 cars in and valuable reports from the mechanic.

My schedule is very busy and it is so hard to schedule work on my car. I want to thank the people at Pro Auto for the help with my schedule and my ride to work.

I called in the morning and was able to have my car repaired that day. They also took care of a rental car for me so my day wasn't disrupted. I have always had great experience with Pro Auto's care for my car. The customer service is also excellent!
