I had taken my Ford Escape in to get the front passenger door handle repaired; it was a little stressful because I had foot surgery less than a month ago and am not very moble, I am still on crutches. They had my car for three days, that was the stressful part of the whole thing. But Mike stepped up to the plate to try to make it as less stressful as possible. The first day, I had to take the lightrail home and it was raining, I fell. The second day, I had to take LYFT to work and paid $25, that was stressful, but the evening of the second day, Mike let me have my car for the evening and to bring it back in the morning. They did give me a ride to work the 3rd day and my car was ready the afternoon. Their driver also picked me up after I got off work to get my car. That was nice of them. I know Mike knew I was stressing because of me not being moble to accomodate my car being there for three day. Actually, I should have waited to fix the car when my foot was better, it could have saved me a lot of stress. But anyway, you guys always do good work! Thank you for Mike's understanding.
