Some of the best customer service I have ever experience. They took me as a walk in on Christmas Eve and had my car ready within a couple hours. They also gave me a holiday present on my way out. Definitely will return next time I need a repair. Other garages were several weeks booked out even though my fix could not have taken more than a half hour

Brought it in on short notice, they looked at it right away. They were fast and straight to the point. Also very helpful when I had to reschedule. In the end I definitely plan to go back in the future.

This great shop with many intelligent mechanics. They are honest about the job, they won't tell you something else is wrong just so they can get a buck out of you. If you think you may have a problem somehow with the work they've done they will happily follow up and check everything free of cost and break everything down for you to better understand. Which honestly makes me feel very secure if I ever have an issue.... they are the best and that's no lie

I made an appointment to have an oil change on my wife's 2016 Hyundai Tucson. She took the car in for the appointment and was greeted at the door. The car was taken for immediate service. My wife was treated in a way that made her feel comfortable and trusting of the staff and work to be done on her car. Although the car is still under factory warranty she wants Pro Auto to perform all future service. The dealership service department simply falls short of expectations. Bob Nevins
