Services – Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you’re not satisfied with a service, contact us within 14 days. We’ll inspect the work and, if needed, re-perform it at no cost.

Refunds:

Eligible only if the issue can’t be resolved with rework. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service.

Parts & Products- Returns:

Most items can be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and with a receipt. Special order parts are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Defective Parts:

If installed by us and found defective within the warranty period, we’ll replace it at no charge. Refunds are offered only if a replacement isn’t available.

Warranty Information

Labor Warranty – Non-Commercial Vehicles:

36-month/36,000-mile coverage (whichever comes first).

Repairs must be performed at the original shop if within 25 miles. Call 877-367-6144 if more than 25 miles away

Labor Warranty – Commercial Vehicles:

12-month/12,000-mile coverage (whichever comes first). The same terms apply as above.

Parts Warranty:

All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms.

Service Warranty Non-Commercial Vehicles

We back our workmanship with a 36-month / 36,000-mile labor warranty, whichever comes first.

If you are located within 25 miles of the original Pro Auto Care facility where the service was performed, you must return your vehicle to that facility for any warranty repairs.

If you are more than 25 miles away, you must call the Warranty Administrator at 877-FMP-6144 (877-367-6144) prior to any warranty repair work being performed.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not include incidental or consequential damages.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Non-Commercial Vehicles

All parts include the original manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the product.

All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

We back our workmanship with a 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty, whichever comes first.

If you are located within 25 miles of the original Pro Auto Care facility where the service was performed, you must return your vehicle to that facility for any warranty repairs.

If you are more than 25 miles away, you must call the Warranty Administrator at 877-FMP-6144 (877-367-6144) prior to any warranty repair work being performed.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns on most parts and products purchased directly from Pro Auto Care if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and unopened

Eligible returns will be refunded in full or may be exchanged for store credit.
